Delivery and Returns

Deliveries are dispatched Monday to Friday only. No goods will be sent out over the weekend or on UK Bank Holidays. All orders are dispatched from the UK.

DHL Next day Delivery. Order before 2pm to receive your item(s) the next day (Monday - Friday only) - £10

Free Collect in store. Order online today to pick up your items in store as early as tomorrow

International Delivery

International delivery charge advised at checkout and parcels are delivered by DHL.

The country of order and delivery country must match.

Returns

  • Goods purchased online can be returned at any time within 30 days of receipt for an automatic refund or exchange.
  • Check our Terms & Conditions regarding refunds and exchanges on our website to ensure your purchase is eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note we do not accept returns for underwear for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

UK customers:

  • Email customerservices@newandlingwood.com informing us of your intention to make a return, teh team will send you a link to our digital Product Return Form.
  • Alternatively you can scan the QR code on the returns instruction paperwork that comes with your order or click here to access our Product Return Form.
  • Once the Product Return Form has been completed we will send you your free returns waybill to the email address associated with your order.

We would advise to send your items either Signed For or Special Delivery as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost or stolen in transit. We recommend you obtain proof of postage from chosen courier in case of any issues.

International customers:

  • Please click here to create your returns documents. Once you have created your documents follow the steps provided to return your order.

 

  • Package your items in their original packaging with all swing tickets and sock riders attached, ensuring they do not become damaged in transit.
  • Attach the waybill included to your return parcel and take it to your local DHL drop off point. Alternatively arrange collection for your parcel with DHL by calling them on 08442480844 and follow the steps as prompted.

 

Once we receive your unsuitable items and we have confirmed they are eligible for a refund or exchange we shall process this within 10 working days. We shall inform you when your items have been processed.

You will receive an email confirming your refund has been processed.

FAQ's

General Returns:

  • All items must be returned new, unused, and in their original packaging. Any accompanying materials—such as dust bags, garment covers, and leather tags—must also be included.
  • We do not accept returns for underwear for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn, or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • The customer will be responsible to pay for the return of any items that are sent to us that do not meet our return criteria.

Footwear Returns:

  • Shoes should be tried on only on carpeted surfaces to avoid marking the soles.
  • Footwear must be returned unworn, unmarked, and in the original, undamaged shoe box.
  • Shoes returned without their original packaging or with visible wear or damage may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Faulty Goods:

  • All orders undergo quality control checks before dispatch, but if an item is received damaged or faulty, our team will be happy to assist.
    • Items are considered faulty if they are received damaged or develop a manufacturing defect.
    • Customers have the right to reject faulty goods and request a replacement or refund within 30 days of reciept of order.
    • If a fault occurs within six months of purchase, customers are entitled to a free repair or replacement.
    • Please contact our Customer Services Team for assistance with returning faulty goods.
    • Please note that damage caused by wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty:
    • Men’s underwear
    • Gift cards

Late Returns:

  • Returns received outside of the 30-day returns window, without prior authorisation, will only be accepted in cases of faulty, missing, incomplete, or damaged orders.
